Temperamental, fiery, and filled with a sense of passion for what she does, Hikari does not allow much to get her down. Those that attempt to get her down are usually met with curt words and sharp comebacks as well as a couple fireballs to their person. Though there are plenty of things that happen to get under Hikari's skin, she will still do what she can in order to prove her point, or drive home her sense of resolve concerning her passions and abilities.
Most of the time, Hikari tends to be more of a loner with very few people that she likes keeping around, or keeping company with. Her mentor is one of the few people that she is typically open to. There are a handful of people that Hikari also takes to kindly, though she is very guarded and secretive about herself when she interacts with strangers, and even with friends at times. Hikari does not often like talking about herself, nor does she really like having too much focus on her side of things.
In battle Hikari's focus usually remains on one person at a time, and being surrounded is cause for confusion more times than not -- that, and a high sense of irritability. If Hikari finds herself overwhelmed, she will resort to boosting her mana abilities and expending everything into an all-or-nothing type of battle. These tend to exhaust Hikari, and will leave her rather useless as she attempts to recuperate over the next week or so from wearing out her mana and body.
Being a rare dual Shard Bearer also takes its toll on Hikari as well. Because her being resonates with both the Shards of Valour and shards of Perseverance, she is drawn to much of the world, and especially to other Shard Bearers of Ryne. Due to the nature of her two shards, Hikari finds herself also at odds with herself, especially when it seems that Eufureo and Azarin were more of rival deities of the dragons that presided over Ryne.
This being at odds with herself is even more difficult when the Shards choose to take her body as a vessel for their own innate power. Though Shard Bearers are eased into their transformation process, Hikari's tends to be painful, and more consuming of her body rather than just smaller limb enhancement that other bearers usually have. Instead of just her eyes, or her arms, or legs, the Shards that Hikari holds will transfigure over half of her body, leaving only a segment of her left face, left arm, and left leg visible under scales of the dragon-like transformation.
